Send a single PDF with your CV, a brief statement of research interests (1 page), and names of two referees to chetan@metal.iitkgp.ac.in with subject "PhD Application — [Your Name]" or "Postdoc Enquiry — [Your Name]".
Reach out at least one semester in advance with a brief note on your background and the area you would like to work in. Current IIT Kharagpur students are preferred.
We are open to research collaborations in lightweight alloys, cryogenic mechanics, and reactive materials. Please describe your interest and affiliation in the email.
